great access to parks and cultural sites for city strolls

arriving here after a day of walking was such a lovely welcome. It's just a few steps away from the beautiful Kisogawa Shinsui Park where I enjoyed a relaxing stroll amidst nature, making it an ideal base to explore everything Kiso has to offer.

The outdated bedding in the western-style room really detracted from my experience!!! They could certainly enhance the sanitation of the indoor baths and update their room specifications for clarity!!!

Staying with our grandchildren, we loved the onsen experience, especially the outdoor one. The location is fantastic for hiking trails in Kiso, making it the perfect base for our family adventures. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home.

My kids wished there were more options for breakfast.

I recently stayed 1 night in a Twin Room with shared bathroom and enjoyed the onsen experience, especially the communal bath, but the bed linens weren't fitted properly, which was a bit annoying. Still, I would definitely come back!
